Devison Company provides free maintenance and warranty services for raw materials and process defects in its products. During the agreed warranty period, Devison Company provides free repair services for defective products.

Not covered by warranty

·Inappropriate wiring, such as reversed polarity of the power supply and live plugging and unplugging

·Unauthorized modification of internal components

·Use beyond electrical and environmental requirements

·Poor environmental heat dissipation

Repair process

If the repair process requires repairing the product, the following process will be followed:

1) Before shipping, you need to call the customer service personnel of Devison Company to obtain a repair permit number

2) Please send a written explanation along with the goods, explaining the phenomenon of the faulty drive being repaired; The voltage, current, and usage environment at the time of the malfunction; The name, phone number, and mailing address of the contact person

Warranty Limitations

·The warranty scope of Devison products is limited to the components and craftsmanship (i.e. consistency) of the products

·Devison Company does not guarantee that its products will be suitable for the specific use of customers, as the suitability is also related to the technical specifications, usage conditions, and environment of the use.

Maintenance requirements

When repairing, please truthfully fill out the "Repair Report" and indicate the fault phenomenon for maintenance analysis.
