Product Introduction

DV3522C is a new type of stepper driver successfully developed according to market demand and development trends. It adopts a new 32-bit motor control dedicated DSP chip, which makes the motor run more smoothly and less prone to losing steps. Receive input pulse, direction, and enable input. When using internal positions, pulse and directional interfaces can be used for sensor signal input. Minimizing the heat generation and vibration amplitude of the motor has improved the machining speed and accuracy of mechanical operation. The working voltage is AC200V~AC240V, suitable for high-voltage 3-phase stepper motors with a current below 5.2A.

Features:

1. A brand new 32-bit motor control dedicated DSP chip;

2. Equipped with 16 levels of equal angle constant torque subdivision, with a maximum resolution of 60000 steps/revolution, and internal support for electronic gear ratios;

3. The maximum response frequency can reach 200Kpps;

4. If the step pulse stops for more than 0.5 seconds, the coil current will automatically decrease to half of the set current, and this parameter is adjustable;

5. Driver installation size: 178 × sixty-eight × 108.5mm3, net weight: 0.83Kg;

6. Phase memory function;

7. Optoelectronic isolation signal input;

8. Single power input, voltage range: AC200V~240V;

9. It has protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, etc.

Current setting:

The operating current of the driver is set by the DIP switches SW1~SW4, and the operating current is the effective output current for operation. Peak current=operating current × 1.4.

Subdivision settings and I/O mode settings:

The subdivision setting and I/O mode setting are controlled by the toggle switch SW10. When SW10=OFF, it is the subdivision setting mode; When SW10=ON, it is in I/O mode. The subdivision and speed are set by the toggle switch SW5~SW8, with a total of 16 levels.

Attention:

1.The input voltage cannot exceed AC220V;

2. In position mode, the falling edge of the input pulse signal is effective, and the rising and falling edges are adjustable;

3. When the temperature of the drive exceeds 80 degrees, the drive stops working and the fault indicator light ALM lights up. Until the temperature of the drive drops to 50 degrees, the drive needs to be powered on again to resume operation. If overheating protection occurs, please install a heat sink;

4. The overcurrent (load short circuit) fault indicator light ALM is on. Please check the motor wiring and other short circuit faults. After troubleshooting, it is necessary to power on again to restore;

5. No motor fault indicator light ALM is on. Please check the motor wiring. After

troubleshooting, power on again to restore.
